Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its security or operation, misuse anyone else’s information, or submit information you know to be false.
Products and descriptions
We describe each device as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer’s published specifications. Manufacturers revise products and firmware from time to time, so treat the current listing and the manufacturer’s own documentation as authoritative at the moment you buy. Screens vary, so colours may differ slightly from photographs.
Orders and pricing
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the despatch confirmation. Prices are in GBP. The price shown is the price you pay for the product. If a genuine pricing error comes to light before despatch we will contact you and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Payment falls due at the checkout using one of the displayed methods. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method chosen and that the details given are correct.

Guarantees
Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee, that manufacturer’s written terms govern it. It sits in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 against us as the seller.
Our content
The BikeSide name, the design of this site and its original text and graphics are protected by intellectual-property law. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their owners. Please do not copy or commercially reuse our material without asking.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from a device being used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version here. The version in force when you order governs that order.
