There are two separate ways an order can be cancelled, and which applies depends on whether it has shipped.
Before it ships
Email contact@bikeside.co.uk as soon as you can with the order number and the email address you used at checkout. Because we hand orders over within 1-2 working days the window is short, but if the order has not been picked we will stop it and refund in full.
After it ships
Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot recall it. Wait for it to arrive and then use your 14-day right to cancel, set out on our Returns and Refunds page. Refusing delivery also works, but telling us first means we can watch for the parcel coming back.
Refunds on cancelled orders
Where payment had already been taken, it goes back to the same card, wallet or account. Nothing is deducted for cancelling.
If we cancel
Occasionally we may have to cancel — stock that cannot be supplied, a payment that will not authorise, or a pricing error we have to correct. If that happens we tell you promptly and refund anything taken in full.
