A little help for the road ahead. Choose a question to see an instant answer from our FAQs.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is free. Orders are processed within
1–2 working days, then delivery usually takes a further
4–5 working days; about
5–7 working days in total. These are estimates. See our
delivery policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
What is your returns policy?
You have
14 days from delivery to change your mind for any reason, then a further
14 days to send it back. Return postage is on us: ask us for a
prepaid return label. Please include everything that came in the box. See
returns and refunds.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Email
contact@bikeside.co.uk with your order number and the model, size or colour you would like instead. We provide a prepaid return label and send the replacement with free UK delivery after the original reaches us. We will explain any price difference before charging or refunding it.
What sizes do the watches come in?
Case sizes vary by model. Choose the model and case size shown in the product listing; each listing states its size and specifications. Email us if you need help comparing the options.
Which one should I choose?
For a bike computer, compare
screen size, battery life and whether you want full mapping. Email
contact@bikeside.co.uk with how you ride and the features that matter to you, and we can help you choose.
Are you an official Garmin dealer?
No. BikeSide is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for Garmin, Wahoo or Hammerhead. Manufacturer warranty terms are set by the manufacturer; your statutory rights against BikeSide as the seller remain unaffected.
How do I track my order?
We email a dispatch confirmation when your order leaves us, with tracking details
where the carrier provides them. A first carrier scan can take a few hours to appear. If the estimated delivery window has passed, email us with your order number. See
track your order.
How do I contact you?
Can I cancel before my order is dispatched?
When will I receive my refund?
For a returned order, we refund within
14 days of receiving the goods back, to the payment method originally used. The
returns and refunds policy explains the return process and any deduction for handling beyond the inspection you could reasonably make in a shop.
What if my device is faulty?
Email
contact@bikeside.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and photos if it is visible. We cover return postage. Your statutory rights are unaffected; our
returns and refunds policy explains the refund, repair and replacement process.
Where can I find payment information?
See our
payment methods page for payment information.
Prices are in GBP. The price shown is the price you pay for the product. Standard UK delivery is free, and we add no booking fee, card fee or surcharge. Never send full card details by email, phone or messaging app.
