Where do you deliver?
The United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How quickly will my order arrive?
We hand orders to the carrier within 1-2 working days, and carriage usually takes another 4-5 working days, so the total delivery time to all UK addresses is about 5-7 working days.
How do I track it?
A despatch email with tracking goes out when your order leaves us. See Track Your Order.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, then a further 14 days to send the goods back. Return postage is on us — just ask and we email a prepaid label, and we are happy to exchange for a different model or size too. We refund within 14 days of getting the goods. What if the device is faulty?
Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty device for a full refund; after that we will repair or replace it. Email us with the order number and a description.
Are you an authorised Garmin or Wahoo dealer?
No. BikeSide is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for Garmin, Wahoo or Hammerhead. Manufacturer guarantees are given by the manufacturer under its own terms and sit alongside your rights against us as the seller.
Are there extra charges at checkout?
Prices are in GBP. The price shown is the price you pay for the product. Standard UK delivery is free on every order. There are no fees added at the checkout.
